Yes, our WordPress maintenance service really does! As soon as you’ve actively subscribed to a Perform plan, you may submit an unlimited number of requests to our Help Desk Support team. Each individual task is limited to approximately 30 minutes, but there’s no limit on the number of 30-minute tasks you can send us each month.
If your website is on a Protect or Perform plan then you get Help Desk Support.
Help Desk Support tasks generally do include any WordPress issues or updates that can be completed within 30 minutes or less while logged in to your WordPress Dashboard, including:
- Fixing website errors and bugs
- Edits to existing page content, copy and images
- Install & configure plugins
- User login & password management
If your site is on an Perform plan, then Help Desk Support may also include:
Publishing new blog posts & landing pages
Updating existing page layouts
Help Desk Support tasks do not include, on any plans:
- Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc)
- Developing a new landing page layout, contact form, or new website
- Updating your theme or plugin code
- Graphic design
- Copyrighting
For Example:
- Included: You want us to update the staff directory on your website.
- Not included: You want us to design a new graphic to add to your website.
- Included: You want us to add a new field to your contact form.
- Not included: You want us to create a new form for job applicants.
Each domain (website.com, subdomain.website.com, etc) requires it’s own plan, either Maintain, Protect, or Perform. If you have 3 websites that you would like us to maintain and manager, you’ll need 3 separate plans. If you have 5 or more websites please book a call for custom pricing. If you have more than one website on a multisite network we require that you sign up for an Perform plan.
Security is at the core of what we do. We monitor your site 24/7 for malware, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activity, taking immediate action when necessary. Every plan includes proactive security measures like:

All tasks that can be complete in the WordPress dashboard and require less than 30 minutes to complete are included in both Maintain or Perform plans.
Yes! Every plan includes WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates, along with realtime security monitoring and proactive threat protection. We scan for vulnerabilities, apply patches, and perform daily backups to ensure your site remains secure. We also review updates for potential conflicts, minimizing the risk of issues breaking your site.
Once you choose the plan that best suits your WordPress website, we’ll send you a welcome email with instructions on securely sharing your login credentials for both WP admin and FTP access. After receiving this information, we’ll have your plan fully set up within 24–48 hours.
“Fully set up” means a support team member will log in to your site, connect it to our remote maintenance system, perform a manual test of the remote backup process, and complete any pending core or plugin updates.

Yes, we absolutely LOVE e-commerce! Websites with advanced functionality like e-commerce require our Protect or Perform plan. E-commerce sites require additional support in order to properly manage them, so it’s imperative that we dedicate the necessary resources in order to keep your site fast and secure with 100% uptime.
